PML plastic nosecones are precision molded and combine high strength, smoothness and ease of finishing. Our nosecone have a double eyelet design so that you can use one or both eyelets for securing your shock cord(s). While our rockets have been safely flown at Mach + speeds using our stock nosecones, it is recommended to foam fill them using the port in the aft of the cone. Nose weight can be added before foaming, if desired. Lastly, there are 2 sandable ribs on the shoulder for adjusting the fit of your nosecone to the airframe.
